Libraries for sound cards that you don't have can cause trouble. Check
if you have a Toccata library for a Toccata, or a library which is called
"toccata.library" but actually redirects to the Prelude.
The redirect one is OK, the genuine one is not.
A Hex dump of the library in DOpus will reveal the authors.
